One of our flagship initiatives is our participation in the Johnson C. Smith University Charlotte Inclusive Technology Innovation Pilot (JCSU CITIP), part ofinitiative dedicated to expanding broadband access and digital resources.

‍Through this partnership, we are working to close the digital divide by taking a two-generation (2Gen) approach to ensure that economic success is passed from one generation to the next. Our commitment to impact includes:

  1. Providing technology training and devices to high school students and their caregivers
  2. Offering micro-internships that prepare students for tech-driven careers.
  3. Leveraging our expertise to build digitally informed communities with enhanced access to broadband and IT resources.

By collaborating with educational institutions and community resource partners, we ensure that technology is not just accessible but is also a tool for empowerment and lasting impact.
