In the wake of COVID-19, government and public service organizations realized the urgent need to enhance the potential and resilience of their diverse suppliers. Minority, women, and small business enterprises (MWSBEs) were particularly hard-hit, facing numerous challenges during the pandemic. This crisis highlighted the necessity for strong resilience strategies to maintain continuous operations and support the long-term success of these businesses. In response, a state government client aimed to establish a Coronavirus Rapid Relief Response Center (CRRC) to deliver statewide business consulting and supportive services specifically tailored to MWSBEs.

We also documented and recorded insights, capturing the knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, and lived experiences of these firms. This valuable feedback was shard with the agency's executive leadership team to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. - Data Collection and Analysis
Miles Enterprise provided detailed reporting and data analysis, compiling key metrics to measure the program's impact. We presented comprehensive deliverables, including the number of firms trained, increase in gross revenue, percentage changes in profitability, impact of capital investments, and job-related data. This analysis helped demonstrate the program's success and informed future initiatives.
